No application fee. No commitment. These terms explain the application process. If we decide to work together, a separate agreement sets out the partnership before work begins.
Who can apply
Creators, coaches and channel owners can apply with a social following, email list or direct community. We review the audience, engagement, content and app idea together. No audience size alone guarantees a partnership. Joining the separate waitlist is optional.
Two ways to work together
For projects accepted for a no-setup-fee partnership, Weclose Limited hosts and owns the app, and net app revenue is shared 50/50. A creator-owned app instead involves a setup fee and an agreed revenue share. The setup price, revenue share, included features, ongoing costs and ownership arrangements are set out before you commit.
A partnership, discussed together
This is a business partnership. For the 50/50 model, the split is calculated on net revenue after agreed deductions, including store fees. The complete deductions, payouts, responsibilities, ownership, licenses and exit arrangements are set out in a separate agreement. Submitting an application is free and does not commit you to proceed. It does not transfer ownership of your idea or grant us permission to publish your submission.
The review process
We consider your audience, app idea, and readiness to launch. If there is a potential fit, our team discusses the next steps with you. We do not guarantee an offer, launch date, app store approval, revenue, or business results.
Calculator estimates
The calculator presents illustrative scenarios using the audience size, subscription price, conversion assumptions and deductions shown. These are not forecasts, typical earnings, contractual payout figures or a guarantee. Actual results depend on customer demand, retention, costs and the terms of the partnership.
